I live in the DFW area & went to Galveston this past week & decided to stop here because we wanted to try a local place & we left so surprised! This place was THE BEST panadería I’ve ever had it was hot, fresh out of the oven and the bread in the Conchas was so soft but the sugar on top was a little crunchy I’ve been searching for this place just so I could leave a review because it was that damn good!
Authentic, homemade baked goods! I'm a huge fan of this bakery and always make it a point to go there when I make a trip to the island. The bread always tastes fresh and they never cheapen out on size and ingredients!
Don't drive past this bakery without stopping. These are handcrafted pastries, breads, and cookies that will really impress your friends at the party. Pop in, grab a tray and fill it up with a huge variety of sweet and savory treats for just a few bucks. Fruit filled or queso empanadas are my favorite. Navarro panaderia is a small local flavor of Galveston you don't want to miss.
Their bakery is amazing! Some one them u can hear up in the microwave for about 20 secs! Nice arrangement of Hispanic and American foods :) they speak Spanish and English.
Cute bakery with an amazing selection of delicious breads and pastries. It smelled amazing as soon as we got out of the car and it did not disappoint. They have a whole assortment of other candies and snacks too.
*side note, building is Green not Blue* Stopped in here to grab some Tres Leches cake for my birthday. Was having difficulty finding it but the two working were quick to assist. My cake was delicious! 🤤 Thank You! And if you stop here make sure to pop on over to El Jefe Mexican food (little food truck right there as you pull up) they are amazing! 🤤🤤🔥
I come here every visit to Galveston. Prices are great and the desserts have just the right amount of sweetness. Very fresh and the hours are convenient for my family.
I went to a few different places on the island looking specifically for CHURROS and they have them here!! And they tasted SOOO good!
My girlfriend and I were desperate to find a cake for a last minute birthday party celebration. We are from Austin, so after searching all options Navarro was the only bakery open after 5 PM. I called and although the lady didn’t speak English she patiently helped us. The space is very humble and I was concerned the cake would not meet our expectations. We were more than pleased. The Tres Leches cake was beautiful and delicious, and the price was price was right!! I will definitely return for a slice when we are in Galveston again. Thanks Ladies!
BEAUTIFUL!!! Que pastel tan hermoso y sabroso que probado! Such a beautiful cake for my moms 51st birthday. They really go above and beyond to give you what you want within budget. The only thing I would say was they accidentally put 51th instead of 51st which was a grammar typo. But really such a beautiful cake my mom and Family loved it and kept asking me where I ordered it.
